It means Wbotz earns from the platform subscription, not from your message volume. Meta prices WhatsApp conversations and that cost reaches you unchanged. Most WhatsApp platforms buy those conversations from Meta and resell them to you as message credits, which is where a markup of roughly 15% to 30% gets added to every campaign you send.
WhatsApp prices messages by category: marketing, utility and authentication. Service conversations, which are your replies to a customer, are free. Wbotz shows you that cost and adds nothing to it.
One subscription covers the platform. Contacts and conversations inside Wbotz are unlimited on every plan, so a busy month raises your Meta bill, not your Wbotz bill.
