Wbotz, owned and operated by ByteWeb IT Solutions Private Limited, offers a 14-day free trial so you can fully test and evaluate our product features, understand API pricing, complete setup, and explore integrations before committing to a paid subscription.
Because of this, all payments for our paid plans are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once you upgrade to a paid subscription.
At our sole discretion, we may consider a refund if you contact us with a request within 48 hours of your payment or renewal, typically for accidental payments or forgotten renewals. Requests made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for refunds.
Additionally, if your phone number is banned due to violations of WhatsApp’s anti-spam or commerce policies, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Using Wbotz or the WhatsApp API for spam or unsolicited messaging, providing invalid business documents, using non-compliant website URLs, or engaging in any actions that violate WhatsApp’s terms is entirely at your own risk. Such violations can result in account restrictions or bans, for which we accept no responsibility and will not issue refunds.
